A Taste of Greece
The Seattle Greek Festival offers many traditional Greek foods and homemade Greek sweets. Pastries are made from traditional recipes, passed down by members of the Saint Demetrios community.

Spit-roasted pork Gyro – $16
Spit-roasted pork, with Greek seasoning. Served with tzatziki sauce, tomato, wrapped in a warmed pita.

Pork skewers marinated in lemon juice and olive oil and seasoned with salt, pepper and oregano, served with pita.
